My eleventh pic for the 100 Pic Challenge. #67: Playing the Melody. For more info on the challenge check the description here.
An MA pic I did as my part of the deal when I lost a bet to TJ. XP He wanted me to draw Calvin playing a flute while Larch danced and Deirdre and Puck were nearby to watch. I was reading up on leprechauns a while back and learned that one of their weaknesses is their inability to stop dancing whenever someone plays certain melodies. I figured Larch would be the type to be embarrassed (and eventually just annoyed) by the 'curse'. Deirdre would find it endearing and probably neat that the stuffy lep had such a trait while Puck... would laugh his spiky head off.  I stuck Stellan in there because where there's music and dancing you'd figure an outgoing faerie and Dance major would be there. Plus I've gotten pretty good at drawing him and wanted to show off.  Ta-da! ...should've stuck a swooning sorority girl in the window. So there ya have it. Calvin "playing the melody" somewhere in Prie Village while Larch dances (and plots his revenge) amidst the spectators. I love the way the background turned out here. ^^ The vines are probably my favorite. Cobblestones are EVIL!
